About the event
Energy comes in different forms, with in us and with out us. It can be very mysterious and definitely subtle but also so powerful and the key to harmony once aligned. As a teacher I create my classes and sequences from this space as well as use this to connect with my students. We will explore these important pathways in our own body and then work together on how to curate yoga experiences that will bring light to them. To me this is a large part of what makes yoga really somatic and not just a workout. Weather you are actively teaching students right now or not, this is useful to deepen our own practice and our relationship with ourselves.
