About the event

Rhonda and Emily have years of teaching experience and blend a variety of styles. They have also co-lead a teacher training program and will offer a balanced yoga/movement experience in the heart of the Colorado mountains. 

We will be spending the week at Sun Mountain Center in beautiful Manitou Springs, at the base of Pikes Peak. 

We will be enjoying our time together as well as setting an intention to move within. Here are some of the offerings.
