Service Description

Looking to start your yoga journey or refine your practice. This one-on-one option will meet you exactly where you are. You will receive customized private sessions on the Zoom platform or in person if local, that will take you down your path of awakening. This can include physical practice, meditation, pranayama (breath work), philosophy and much more.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please do so within 24 hours before session. This is for private sessions not for Zoom classes.
