Fall Gathering

Fall is a wonderful time to come into a practice of grounding. This season of shifting and changes come smilingly all at once. One day we wake up and everything is different. Impermanence is inevitable, change is the one constant. Our power lies in how we show up in that change, how we react to it. Do we fight and hold on or can we soften and surrender? As we settle in to fall we see in nature that there can be such a beauty in the release.  

I have put together a special day for all of us as fall finds its foot hold and the season of change takes shape. During our time we will move our body in grounding practices. We will work on using the earth and other elements to shift any anxiety or worry we might have around change and focus on trust. Trusting…
