About the event
When we move through life using our intuition we are living a life aligned with our soul for it is the truest energy, it is what our spirit is feeling and not what the mind is thinking.
The way that your intuition speaks to you is very unique and personal. It could just be a gut feeling, an inner knowing. It could be expressed through our dreams, in our bodies and through creative endeavors like art.
During this mini retreat we will take time to nourish our inner wisdom and build trust as we turn inward and listen with purpose through meditation and breath. We will let our bodies move with freedom and fluidity as we trust the process and let go.
